The Wounded Healer stays in the wound.
The Initiated Healer has integrated it and moved forward.
You don't have to be fully healed to guide others. But you do have to be healed enough that you're not using your clients to work out your own unprocessed pain.

What makes you qualified is that you've walked through the fire and come out the other side. Not unscathed. Not "healed" in some perfect, pristine way. But initiated. Transformed. Embodied.
Here's the truth most healers don't want to face:
Your clients plug into you. You hold space. You give energy. You process their pain.
And at the end of the day—or the end of the year—you're burned out, depleted, resentful, and wondering why the work that's supposed to be sacred feels like it's killing you.

You're not the healer they need to keep coming back to in order to access YOUR wisdom. They come back because they can access their own wisdom while they are with you.
You become the guide. The process becomes the medicine. They are their own healers.
