I want to share my masterpiece with you.
A painting I worked on for one year that means the world to me. The painting that quite literally gave rise to the Stardust Lineage Mystery School.
I once offered my students a wild, life-altering assignment,
one that rearranged their bones, and quietly rearranged mine.
Paint a myth.
A single image that someone, five centuries from now, could still understand.
Let them see your people. Let them feel what mattered.
Let them touch your values and sense your belonging with creation, maybe even glimpse the story of how you came to be.
How does one image hold all of that?
This is the dance of Intentional Creativity®: to coax the invisible into form, into color, into something a human eye can recognize and a human heart can remember.
Then, with our paint drying like a spell, we picked up the pen and let the image speak through us. A new story emerged. We let language unfurl from mystery and allowed the myth to reveal itself.
Oh the assignment…I asked them to imagine their painting towering over a highway, a digital billboard humming in the night. If 100,000 souls saw it, day after day, would the message reach them? What would it say?
Would the story seep through the silence? Could they describe it to another without a single word written beneath it? What would it mean to those who saw it?
Ancient and modern, timeless and timely, this was the doorway we were walking through.
Archeomythology: art as artifact, artifact as lineage, lineage as a place the soul remembers.
If someone were to see this on a cave wall generations from now, would they be able to discern what matters to you?
This was (and always is and has been) a mystic path lovingly disguised as a painting class that has now become a mystery school.
A trail of sparkley breadcrumbs into embodiment, to consciousness, to the truth that we are made of earth and stardust and breath and water.
But that was only the beginning.
I told them to paint as if their lives depended on it.
I did this too. Like really. Truly. Deeply. I made it through a divorce with great love. I made it through 3 moves in the past year. I made it through the most financially challenging cycle of my life. I made it through months of sickness and emergent room visits. I made it through to complete my father’s death to accidental overdose. All of it was IN THE PAINTING. We pour it all in.
This work is tender and fierce bliss woven through discipline.
It awakens activism, revives vitality, restores reciprocity with creation. It tells the truth of who we are. To be able to do this on our life - time - wowowowowowowowowowow. Yes this is my masterpiece.
We walked this path together for six months. I kept journeying for almost a year. In fact, tonight I will add the finishing touches because I have brought my painting home. A new home. I just moved in today.
The painting that emerged, named Stardust Bones, became both oracle and offering and instruction.
We are born carrying the codes. We can live them, or not.
My ancestors whispered this to me. I chose to listen, and to teach others to listen too. Tens of thousands have listened and painted and told their stories. You can to. It’s a lifestyle choice - to be an artist and storyteller.
And then, yes, the assignment expanded again.
I invited us to write a book and let the painting narrate its own creation story. And they did. And I did.
Books were created that will outlive us, held by children, grandchildren, communities, libraries and lovers,
that now live on the shelves of our iMUSEA Intentional Creativity Museum.
This is what we do here. We are a Mystery School in motion. A Living Lineage. The Stardust Lineage. You can be a part of it.
This is why my Mystery School opens in 2026, because the painting demanded a vessel big enough to hold the body of work of these teachings. These are teachings for our times. For these strange times.
Below you can read the message I received through the painting, which I now give to you.
In Stardust, with paint staining my palms,
Shiloh Sophia
My painting tells the story of how wisdom travels from hand to hand, heart to heart, across a century of breath and becoming.
This image is an ecosystem of truth:
Women. Community. Knowledge. Healing.
Earth, air, fire, water, crystal, metal, mountain, stone.
Sun, Moon, Stars, Milky Way. Birds and bees, butterflies and ants, bats and serpent. Roses and pomegranates, mushrooms and mystery.
And stardust bones. Our blood is red from the iron of exploding stars. That is this painting. The mystery and history of our expansions.
Everything in right relationship. Everything in love.
The hearts carry symbols, the encoded wisdom each of us holds. The dots show the transmission, the passing of knowing, from body to body, From breath to breath.
The flower at my center holds the MUSEA color wheel,
White light breaking open into rainbow at 42 degrees.
A reminder of how lineage radiates in precision.
The constellation arching overhead begins with my ancestors, and travels all the way to yours.
I stand in the center.
My mother’s on either side.
The poet mother and the painter mother.
Within each of us, the women we’ve taught.
Within them, the ones they’ve shared their wisdom with.
Within those women, the unborn futures, tiny babies.
Already carrying their own shimmering eggs of possibility.
Six generations breathing in the paint.
Seven, if you count the grandmothers,
and I always count the grandmothers.
If this painting were to be found in 50 years or 500 years or right now… I hope with a bit of time it could be understood what is held within these strokes of Intentional Creativity.
This is my masterpiece, which guided the opening of a mystery school called Stardust Lineage.
Together we develop our gifts, access our voices, perform powerful ritual, and offer animystic ceremony.
